• Hint 3: For a drop-and-continue cross-connection, the actual destination
is the TID (listed in the At Node column) of the node where the last drop
in the circuit is shown.
6. From the report obtained in Step 4, identify the provisioned source TID (listed
in the TID column on the left side of the report) and the destination TID (listed
in the TID column on the right side).
7. Compare the actual TID obtained in Step 4 with the provisioned TID obtained
in Step 6 and identify any inconsistencies between the actual and provisioned
node TIDs.
8. Log in to the node with the TID inconsistency. If a remote login is required and
you need additional help, refer to DLP-524.
9. At the CIT, select CONFIGURATION-Enter-Crossconnection-STS3 (or
STS1) command to correct the problem (invalid source/destination provision-
ing).
10. Log out of the network element at the intermediate node.
11. STOP! YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
