41. Does a LCLAN failure appear under the Description column of the report?
If YES, then go to TAP-116.
If NO, then continue with Step 7.
42. Is the NE ACTY LED off at the user panel?
If YES, then STOP! YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
If NO, then go to Trouble Clearing: IXL-001.
