34. At the source of the DS3 path, use the CIT's CONFIGURATION-Switch-Low
Speed command to make and then reset a low-speed protection switch of the
DS3 circuit pack that terminates the DS3 path.
35. Is the path trace mismatch still observed at the original network element?
If YES, then continue with Step 36.
If NO, then STOP! YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
36. Consult the appropriate maintenance support organization for further technical
assistance.
37. STOP! YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
