If "All" is specified for the Type parameter, the Port Access
parameter will only be set for the CIT-DTE port, since Port Access
may never be disabled for the CIT-DCE.
— The Port Access parameter enables or disables access. Disabling it
will terminate any active session on the port, logging out all users
including privileged users.
