Allow
-Alarm Allows the user to enable the reporting of alarms
at an alarm-reporting interface.

-EC1 Copies the software provisionable attributes of an
EC1 port (source) to one or more EC1 ports
(destinations).

-OC3 Copies the software provisionable attributes of an
OC3 slot (source) to one or more OC3 slots

or through cross-connection. Also, used to make
a DRI cross-connection between a low speed
port and an STS-1 line tributary.
