Test
-Alarm Tests the audible and visible office alarms and
their corresponding user panel LEDs.
FAULT-

-Auto Turnup-DSX Initiates an automatic turnup test of the
low-speed cabling between the FT-2000 network
element and the DSX (STSX).
FAULT-

-Auto Turnup-Local Initiates an automatic turnup test of the internal
transmission health of the FT-2000 network
element. Testing must be done when FT-2000
System is out of service.

-LED Tests the alarm and status LEDs on the user
panel and circuit packs.

-Telemetry-Parallel Tests the parallel telemetry and miscellaneous
discrete points.

-Telemetry-Serial Tests the serial telemetry and miscellaneous
discrete points.
CONFIGURATION-
Update
Updates the FT-2000 System data base for the
FT-2000 network element to reflect the existing
hardware and incoming signals. For example, an
empty operational slot would change to the
AUTO state and the in-service ports receiving
bad signals would change to the AUTO state.
