Electric Fuel Pump Removal
1. Remove 4 screws from cover plate.
2. Remove rubber boots from electric fuel pump
cap.

3. Remove mounting screws.
4. Disconnect positive lead and negative lead.
5. Remove fuel pump inlet hose.
6. Remove rubber blanket and electric fuel pump.

Vapor Separator Removal
1. Disconnect fuel rail re-circulation hose at
manifold fitting.
2. Disconnect fuel pressure regulator vacuum
hose.
3. Disconnect bleed hose and vapor separator
vacuum hose.
4. Disconnect oil inlet hose.
5. Remove screw securing vapor separator to
manifold.
