Server is responsible for maintaining the Patient List. There is no message on the
Information Centers connected to the non-master Database Server that the Master is
offline.
Time
Synchronization
All patient monitoring network components are time synchronized. Single synchronization is
supported from a master time source located either within the Clinical Network or provided
externally by the hospital. The external time source is added as a network device as part of the
Equipment Setup configuration window. The following table illustrates the supported
configurations and the time synchronization rules:
