Choices Available at the Grind Cycle Menu

QUIT
Touch the QUIT button to return to the Main Menu.
Select Recipe
Recipe
Names
List
OK
Cancel
Touch the Select Recipe button to display the list of stored grind
recipes.
Touch the name of the desired recipe to select it.
Touch the OK button to confirm your selection. The name of the
selected recipe will then be displayed in the Recipe box located
above the Stop Cycle button.
Touch the Cancel button to cancel your selection and close the
Recipe Names List box.
Select Grind
Coarse
Fine
Dual
Touch the Select Grind button to display the list of available
grind configurations (coarse, fine, or dual).
Touch Coarse to run a grind cycle using only the coarse (left)
spindle.
Touch Fine to run a grind cycle using only the fine (right)
spindle.
Touch Dual to run a grind cycle using both spindles.
The grind selection will then be displayed in the Recipe box just
below the recipe name.
Stop
Cycle
Touch the Stop Cycle button:
a. when possible danger to people, product, or machine is
indicated. Touching the Stop button stops all machine
movement, turns grind coolant off, and cancels the grind
cycle. Power stays on, and the computer screen continues to
display.
Clear wafers and eliminate the problem before beginning a
new cycle.
b. after a completed grind cycle to turn off the flashing Stop
Cycle button which indicates to the operator that the grind
cycle has been completed.
