USING THE PROBES
RAISING AND LOWERING THE PROBES
1. Following the procedures found in the Basic Operation section of this
chapter, power up and home the machine.
2. To raise or lower a probe, touch the Measure Thickness button at the
Home Machine menu:
You Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
a. Quit If needed, touch the "Quit" button to return to
the Main Menu.
Displays:
Main Menu
b. Home Machine At the Main Menu screen, touch the "Home
Machine" button to select the Home Machine
menu.
Displays:
Home menu
c. Reference Probes At the Home Machine menu, touch the
"Reference Probes" button to display the
Reference Probes submenu.
