Cautions and Warnings
Precautionary notes in this manual provide the following types of
information:
CAUTION: Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not
avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury. A CAUTION also
alerts the user to unsafe practices and potential for property-damage
accidents.
WARNING: Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which if
not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
DANGER: Indicates an imminently hazardous situation which, if not
avoided, will result in death or serious injury.
Contacting PRI Automation/OEM Systems Customer Support Department
If you experience a problem with an OEM Systems product, call the
Customer Support Hotline at 1-888-775-7700 or dial 1-650-404-2501 and
request Customer Support. The facsimile number is 1-650-404-2502.
When you request technical support, you are given help with
troubleshooting over the telephone. If this troubleshooting indicates that a
component requires repair, you have two options:
• Return the unit for repair at PRI Automation/OEM Systems.
• Request on-site service by a Technical Support Engineer. You and
OEM Systems agree on an action plan.
