Touch the Quit button to return to the Wafer Recipes menu.
The Save Data message is displayed when the Quit button is
selected. At this location, you may:
Touch the Yes button to save your entries before returning to the
Wafer Recipes menu.
Touch the No button to return to the Wafer Recipes menu
without saving entries and changes you may have made to the
recipe currently displayed.
Touch the Cancel button to cancel your "quit" selection,
permitting you to continue to display the Wheel and Chuck
Recipes menu.

Touch the Select Recipe button to display the Select Recipes
submenu. At this location you may select the component(s) for
which you wish to display dressing and truing recipes.
Touch the Coarse Wheel button to display the stored parameters
for coarse grind wheel dressing and truing. A "Coarse" message
will then be displayed at the top of the menu screen, and the
coarse wheel dressing and truing recipe parameters will be
transferred from memory to the screen.
Touch the Fine Wheel button to display the stored parameters for
fine grind wheel dressing and truing. A "Fine" message will
then be displayed at the top of the menu screen, and the fine
wheel dressing and truing recipe parameters will be transferred
to the screen.
Touch the Work Chucks button to display the stored parameters
for work chuck dressing and truing. A "Work Chucks" message
will then be displayed at the top of the menu screen, and the
dressing and truing recipe parameters used by both work chucks
will be transferred to the screen.
Touch the Cancel button to cancel your selection and close the
Select Recipe submenu.
Help
Touch the Help button to display information on making
selections at the Wafer Recipes menu.
