OVERVIEW
This chapter provides schedules for preventive maintenance of all systems of the
Model 7AF Wafer Grinder. For procedures listed in the schedules, see the appropriate
chapters of this manual.
For some procedures, additional detail is provided in the section notes included with
the schedules.
Assumption
The procedures below are discussed with the assumption that the reader is thoroughly
familiar with the 7AF Wafer Grinder. If not, read the chapters in this manual on
Physical Description, Installation, Mechanical Description, Control System
Description, Power Distribution, Plumbing Description, Operator Functions, and
Machine Setup before beginning any procedure.
