The Operations and Maintenance Manual describes installation, operator functions,
machine setup, preventive maintenance, calibration, and service of the Model 7AF
Wafer Grinder. Intended to provide a thorough understanding of the machine's many
assembly functions and hands-on maintenance procedures, the manual also includes
description of the machine's electrical distribution and control systems, mechanical
parts and functions, machine cycles, maintenance and setup menus, data entry of
process parameters, and some trouble-shooting suggestions.
UPDATE SECTIONS
Appendix E of the Operations and Maintenance Manual provides a location for filing
manual update sheets supplied by Strasbaugh. Maintain the Update Sections and
check them regularly.
