II. LEVEL THE HORIZONTAL RAILS OF THE BED
Tools Required
• 15-inch long standard bubble level
• 1 1/4-in. open end wrench
• 1 1/8-in. open end wrench
Turn Machine Power OFF
Follow the procedures found in the Operator Functions chapter of this manual.
SIDE TO SIDE LEVELING
1. Manually move the bridge to the right side of the machine, aligning the upper
left spindle over the lower right spindle:
CAUTION: Always confirm that the digital probes are in up position before
moving the bridge to avoid breaking them off!
a. At the right side of the grind section, locate the bridge sprocket inside its
white cover, just inside door 16.
b. Reach inside the sprocket cover and rotate the sprocket clockwise or
counterclockwise as needed to move the bridge and position the upper left
spindle.
