To adjust the position:
a. Locate the lower left spindle front to rear adjusting screw, a wedge
assembly extending vertically from the bottom of the lower left spindle
assembly.
Notes:
Access the adjusting screw through the door 14 opening.
The screw is labeled for easy identification.
b. Using a 9/16-in. open end wrench or a 1/4-in. hex key, rotate the screw as
needed to meet the goal.
Viewing the screw from the bottom of the machine, rotating the screw
counterclockwise raises the front of the spindle.
Viewing the screw from the bottom of the machine, rotating the screw
clockwise lowers the front of the spindle.
Recheck Both Leveling Adjustments
6. Recheck the side to side adjustment by repeating the steps above in this
section.
If needed, repeat the side to side adjustment until the goal is met.
7. Recheck the front to rear adjustment by repeating the steps above in this
section.
If needed, repeat the front to rear adjustment until the front to rear leveling
goal is met.
8. When both goals are met, go on to the Lower Right Spindle Assembly,
immediately below.
