b. Factor x 1000 Estimate the distance the bridge must move and
set the factor. For example, touch the "Factor x
1000" button to set the factor at .001 inches x
1000.
Notes:
.001 inches x 1000 = one inch of movement per
touch of the Right or Left Arrow button touch.
Readjust the factor, as shown below in Step 3.d.,
to avoid overtraveling and touching the sensor.
c. ⇐ Touch the "Left Arrow" button on the bridge
icon at the top of the screen as many times as
needed to move the bridge to a position near the
sensor.
d. Factor x 10
or
Factor x 1 As the bridge nears the sensor, reduce the factor
as needed to move the bridge in smaller
increments.
e. ⇐ Touch the "Left Arrow" button on the bridge
icon at the top of the screen as many times as
needed to position the bridge one inch from the
sensor.
