e. If the light does not come ON, return to Step 10, above in this section, to
reposition the sensor.
f. If the light comes ON, go on to Left Travel Sensor, below.
Left Travel Sensor
Note:
Upon completion of the right travel sensor adjustment, the bridge will be positioned
with the fine grind wheel over the left work chuck.
B. CHECK PRESENT CALIBRATION AND ADJUST IF NEEDED
1. Remove door 13.
2. Locate the white vertical bar (which functions as the hard stop) mounted from
the fine spindle lower bridge casting.
Observe the position of the white vertical bar in relation to the hard stop
spring cushion at the left side.
3. At the Machine Maintenance menu, move the bridge to the left:
GOAL: Watching carefully and moving slowly, position the bridge
approximately one inch from the sensor.

a. Machine Maint If needed, at the Main Menu screen, touch the
"Machine Maint" button to select the "Machine
Maintenance menu.
