B. CHECK PRESENT CALIBRATION
Up Position Switch
1. At the Output Control/Input Status menu, move the spin-rinse chuck to its up
position:
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
a. Machine Maint At the Main Menu screen, touch the "Machine
Maint" button to select the "Machine
Maintenance menu.
Displays:
Machine Maintenance menu
b. Inputs/
Outputs At the Machine Maintenance menu, touch the
"Inputs/Outputs" button to select the Output
Control/Input Status menu.
Displays: Output Control/Input Status menu
c. Spin-Rinse
Station icon At the Output Control/Input Status menu, touch
the "Spin-Rinse
Station" icon to select the Spin-Rinse drop down
menu.
d. Spindle Up/Dn Touch the "Spindle Up/Dn" button until Spindle
Up is displayed.
