e. Read the status of Spin Chuck Up on the Input Status table.
GOAL: Spin Chuck Up should be displayed in green, indicating the
reed switch is ON when the chuck is in up position.
Down Position Switch
2. Move the spin-rinse chuck to its down position:
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
a. Spin-Rinse
Station icon At the Output Control/Input Status menu, touch
the "Spin-Rinse
Station" icon to select the Spin-Rinse drop down
menu.
b. Spindle Up/Dn Touch the "Spindle Up/Dn" button until Spindle
Dn is displayed.
c. Read the status of Spin Chuck Dn on the Input Status table.
GOAL: Spin Chuck Dn should be displayed in green, indicating the
reed switch is ON when the chuck is in down position.
3. If the goals for both the up and down positions are met, skip to When a
Satisfactory Adjustment Is Achieved, below.
If either goal is not met, correct by following the procedure in Section C.,
below.
