D. TEST THE NEW POSITIONING
1. Power up the machine.
2. Repeat Section B., above.
a. If the goal is met for all four turrets, skip to Robot Position, below.
b. For any sensor still not meeting the goal, repeat the adjustment procedure,
moving the affected sensor toward the middle of the actuator in 1/8-in.
increments, moving the sensor(s) and retesting until the goal is met.
ROBOT POSITION
E. CHECK ALL FOUR TURRET SENSORS AND RECORD RESULTS
Send 1 Cassette (Turret 1)
1. Move the cassette turret to its robot position:
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
a. Machine Maint At the Main Menu screen, touch the "Machine
Maint" button to select the Machine
Maintenance menu.
Displays:
Machine Maintenance menu
b. Inputs/
Outputs At the Machine Maintenance menu, touch the
"Inputs/Outputs" button to select the Output
Control/Input Status Menu.
