PNEUMATIC ADJUSTMENTS
OVERVIEW
IMPORTANT! After completing each adjustment below, RECORD all dial
gauge settings for use with the procedures in the Preventive
Maintenance chapter of this manual.
Assumption
The procedures below were written with the assumption that the reader is thoroughly
familiar with the Model 7AF Wafer Grinder. If not, read the chapters in this manual
on Physical Description, Installation, Mechanical Description, Control System
Description, Power Distribution, Plumbing Description, and Operator Functions
before beginning any procedure.
Location of Pneumatic Valve Panels/Valves
Refer to engineering drawings 224038A1 and 224039A1, which describe the 7AF
assembly valve panels, when performing the adjustments in this chapter.
Most pneumatic valves are located on the panels listed below. Valves not included in
the panels are identified individually as a part of the adjustment information description
detailed in this chapter.
