Exercise the left chuck conditioner arm cylinder and set its flow control:
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
c. Left Chuck
Conditioner icon Touch the "Left Chuck Conditioner icon",
located in the Output Control section of the
menu, to display the Left Chuck Conditioner
drop down menu.
(For right chuck conditioner arm, select the right chuck conditioner
icon.)
d. Brush Arm
UP/DOWN Touch the "Brush Arm UP/DOWN" button until
Brush Arm UP is displayed.
e. Brush Arm
UP/DOWN Touch the "Brush Arm UP/DOWN" button until
Brush Arm DOWN is displayed.
8. Observe motion while the cylinder exercises:
WARNING: AVOID PINCH POINTS WHILE SETTING THE
FLOW CONTROL!
GOAL: Set the flow control to permit travel at a speed which will
eliminate sudden, jarring stops at either end.
9. Set the flow control as needed to meet the goal.
10. Test the adjustment by repeating Steps 7b., 7c., 7d., 8., and 9, immediately
above.
Repeat testing and adjusting until the goal is met.
