Exercise the right chuck conditioner arm cylinder and set its flow control:
11. Repeat Steps 7b., 7c., 7d., 8., 9., and 10, immediately above, substituting right
for left.
12. When the cylinder motion for each arm meets the goal, return to the Main
Menu:
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
a. Close Touch the "Close" button to close the drop
down menu.
b. Quit Touch the "Quit" button to return to the
Machine Maintenance menu.
c. Quit Touch the "Quit" button to return to the Main
menu.
13. Push the handling section counterclockwise slightly, rotating it on its hinge,
until the handling section meets the grinding section.
14. Reconnect the two black 2-inch exhaust duct tubes to the grinding exhausts.
15. Replace the two 3/8-16 wing nuts and washers at the right side of the machine,
behind door 17, securing the grinding section of the machine to the handling
section.
16. Close doors to the machine.
