3. At the Output Control/Input Status menu, exercise the cylinder:
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
a. Machine Maint At the Main Menu screen, touch the "Machine
Maint" button to select the Machine
Maintenance menu.
Displays:
Machine Maintenance menu
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
b. Inputs/Outputs At the Machine Maintenance menu screen, touch
the "Inputs/Outputs" button to select the Output
Control/Input Status menu.
Displays:
Output Control/Input Status menu
c. Spin/Rinse Station
icon Touch the "Spin/Rinse Station
icon", located in the Output Control section of
the menu, to display the Spin Station drop down
menu.
d. Lid UP/DOWN Touch the "Lid UP/DOWN" button until Lid
UP is displayed.
e. Spindle UP/DOWN Touch the "Spindle UP/DOWN" button until
Spindle UP is displayed.
f. Spindle UP/DOWN Touch the "Spindle UP/DOWN" button until
Spindle DOWN is displayed.
4. Observe motion while the cylinder exercises:
GOAL: Set both flow controls to produce smooth, efficient movement of
the cylinder in both directions, with no banging at either end.
5. Set the flow controls, located at the cylinder inside door 10, as needed to meet
the goal.
