4. Observe lid motion while the cylinder exercises:
GOAL: Set both flow controls to produce smooth, efficient movement
of the cylinder in both directions, with no banging at either
end.
5. Using a slotted screwdriver, set the flow controls, located at the lid cylinder
just inside the handling section, as needed to meet the goal.
6. Repeat Steps 3.d and 3.e, immediately above as needed to test the flow control
adjustments.
Repeat testing and adjusting until the goal is met.
7. When the cylinder motion meets the goal, return to the Main Menu:
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
a. Lid UP/DOWN Touch the "Lid UP/DOWN" button until Lid
DOWN is displayed.
b. Close Touch the "Close" button to close the drop
down menu.
c. Quit Touch the "Quit" button to return to the
Machine Maintenance menu.
d. Quit Touch the "Quit" button to return to the Main
menu.
