GRIND SEAL
LEFT GRIND SEAL
Cause: Left grind seal has not
inflated/deflated to the commanded
position.
Resolution:
• Check and/or replace grind seal
inflate/deflate position sensors.
• Deflate seal in Machine Maintenance
GUI screen.
RIGHT GRIND SEAL
Cause: Right grind seal has not
inflated/deflated to the commanded
position.
Resolution:

• Check and/or replace grind seal
inflate/deflate position sensors.
• Deflate seal in input/output screen.
GRIND WHEEL
COARSE WHEEL IS DOWN
Cause:
• Coarse grind wheel is in the down
position, preventing the bridge from
moving.
• Grind has aborted.
Resolution:
• Raise the grind wheel in Machine
Maintenance screen on the GUI.
FINE WHEEL IS DOWN
Cause:
• Fine grind wheel is in the down
position, preventing the bridge from
moving.
• Grind has aborted.
Resolution:
• Raise the grind wheel in Machine
Maintenance screen on the GUI.
