B. HANDLING AREA CABINET BASE LEVELING PROCEDURE
Tools Required
• standard bubble level
• 3/4-in. socket or open end wrench
• 5/8-in. open end or socket wrench
• 3/16-in. hex key
• feeler gauge
LEVELING CASTERS
The handling section of the machine has two leveling casters.
LEVELING PROCEDURE
Referring to Figures 2-1 and 2-2, follow the steps below to level the handling section:
Side to Side
1. Confirm that the handling section is loosely joined to the grinding section of
the machine:
• If needed, slightly loosen the two wing nuts of the two fastening setscrew
and wing nut pairs securing the grinding section of the machine to the
handling section by rotating them counterclockwise manually.
2. Place a standard bubble level side to side (one end of the level pointing toward
the right side of the machine and one end pointing toward the left side) on the
robot well (black aluminum casting).
3. Open door 10.
