RIGHT CHUCK SERVO
Cause:
• Controller error due to loss of
control.
• Servo amplifier requires adjustment.
• Check the red LED on the servo
amp.
Resolution:
• Check for obstructions.
• Consult factory.
• Replace servo amp or amp fuse.
ROBOT SERVO
Cause:
• Physical obstruction.
• Limit switch hit.
Resolution:
• Check robot status display for limit
switch activation; adjust robot.
• Remove obstruction; home robot.
SPIN STATION SERVO
Cause:
• Controller error due to loss of
control.
• Servo amplifier requires adjustment.
• Check the red LED on the servo
amp.
Resolution:
• Check for obstructions.
• Consult factory.
• Replace servo amp or amp fuse.
COARSE SPINDLE SERVO
Cause:
• Controller error due to loss of
control.
• Inverter malfunction.
• Servo amplifier requires adjustment.
• Check the red LED on the servo
amp.
