SERVO
BRIDGE SERVO
Cause:
• Controller error due to loss of
control.
• Servo amplifier requires adjustment.
• Check the red LED on the servo
amp.
Resolution:
• Service and operator doors must
remain closed during "Auto Grind
Cycle" and "Machine Maintenance
Menu" functions for entire operation.
• Check for obstructions, etc.
• Consult factory.
• Replace servo amp or amp fuse.
COARSE Z SERVO
Cause:
• At or beyond limit switches.
• Servo amplifier requires adjustment.
• Check the red LED on the servo
amp.
Resolution:
• Move axis off limit switch.
• Consult factory.
• Replace servo amp or amp fuse.
FINE Z SERVO
Cause:
• At or beyond limit switches.
• Servo amplifier requires adjustment.
• Check the red LED on the servo
amp.
Resolution:
• Move axis off limit switch.
• Consult factory.
• Replace servo amp or amp fuse.
LEFT CHUCK SERVO
Cause:
• Controller error due to loss of
control.
• Servo amplifier requires adjustment.
• Check the red LED on the servo
amp.
Resolution:
• Check for obstructions.
• Consult factory.
• Replace servo amp or amp fuse.
