4. Adjust the alignment leg (cam follower ball bearing) located at the right side of
the machine and extending from the handling section to the grinding section:
a. Using a 5/8-in. open end or socket wrench, rotate the two 3/8-in. hex head
hold down bolts counterclockwise to loosen them.
b. Using a 5/8-in. open end wrench, loosen the four 3/8-in. locking nuts by
rotating them counterclockwise.
c. Using a 3/16-in. hex key, rotate the adjusting bolts clockwise or
counterclockwise as needed to achieve a level reading.
Notes:
Rotating the adjusting screw clockwise raises the right side of the handling
section.
Rotating the adjusting screw counterclockwise lowers the right side of the
handling section.
d. When the reading is level, retighten the locking nuts.
e. Retighten the hold down bolts.
