5. Adjust the adjacent caster:
GOAL: The gap between the floor and the bottom of the caster should
between 1/16 and 1/32-in. when measured with a feeler gauge.
a. Using a 3/4-in. socket or open end wrench, loosen the 1/2-in. locking nut.
b. Rotate the adjusting screw clockwise or counterclockwise to raise or
lower the caster as needed to meet the goal.
c. Retighten the locking nut.
Front to Rear
6. Place a standard bubble level front to rear (one end of the level pointing
toward the front of the machine and one end pointing toward the rear) on the
robot well (black aluminum casting).
7. Open door 8.
8. Follow the steps below to adjust the front center caster until level:
a. Using a 3/4-in. socket or open end wrench, loosen the 1/2-in. locking nut.
b. Rotate the adjusting screw clockwise or counterclockwise as needed to
achieve a reading of level.
Notes:
Rotating the adjusting screw clockwise raises the front of machine.
Rotating the adjusting screw counterclockwise lowers the front of the
machine.
