Another new GEM variable is a 2-byte integer GemLimitsDelay (VID 142). This allows the Host to monitor
some of the other variables to see whether they go out of a specified range. The value to be placed into
GemLimitsDelay is the number of seconds to wait between tests of these other variables. The following
variables are eligible for monitoring. The Host program may specify a minimum and maximum for each, so
that it will be notified if those bounds are exceeded. The limits given in this list are extremes. The Host
program may select a narrower range if that is desired, but may not select limits outside these extremes.
