HRTF Surround PAN:
The HRTF Surround
PAN
w/LFE has the same Panning Modes as the VSP
Pan, but without the generation of echoes. Therefore, the Distance controls
are not available. In addition, the divergence modes are only available in
the AMPL Panning Mode.
