General-Purpose Timers Power Gating
To limit power consumption, the general-purpose timers are pow-
ered off with the clock input disabled. To enable the clock input to
each of the general-purpose timer blocks, clear the appropriate bit
in the CTL5 register. This register must be cleared before writing to
any of the timer control registers.
