(1)
Install the BPA blade terminal [11] with the
mounting screw of the BPA.
Torque 3 Nm.
Apply Loctite 243.
Refer to Fig. 71 - 82.
(2)
Connect the pigtail of CAS2 to the blade
terminal of BPA.
Refer to Fig. 71 - 83.
(3)
Connect the pigtail of BPA to pigtail of CAS2
(double connector).
(4)
If the cable of CAS2 branch is too long, fold it
back and attach it with cable tie No.[05] to
prevent cable caving.
The cable must not touch hot parts or
any other installation.
The permitted area to fold the cable is
marked green in Fig. 71 - 84.
Do not fold the cable back in the red
marked area.
(5)
Attach the CAS2 branch with a cable tie
No.[05] on the CAS2 connector housing.
Refer to Fig. 71 - 85.
(6)
Attach the branch of BPA and CAS2 to the
BPA bracket.
Use the edge clip No.[06] and cable tie
No.[05]
Refer to Fig. 71 - 86.
