Cut off the damaged FMU
connector from the engine
harness.
Do not use the worn connector for
repair.
(2)
Examine the engine harness for:
- chafing marks
- damage
- missing parts.
If you find chafing marks on the
harness Roundit, make sure that
the wiring is not defective.
If the wiring is defective, and you
cannot repair it (refer to Section 0
for repair instructions), replace the
harness.
Remove the chafing cause.
Install the harness.
Replace the missing clamps.
