Rimontaggio gruppo
pompa frizione
Inserire il gruppo pompa frizione (5)
posizionando il perno di riferimento
sul corpo pompa nell’apposito foro (A)
ricavato sul manubrio.
Serrare le viti (6) di fissaggio alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3),
procedendo con la sequenza 1-2-1.
Posizionare il tubo (13) con le
guarnizioni (11) sul gruppo pompa (5)
e fissarlo con la vite speciale (12)
senza serrarla.
Attenzione
Il posizionamento non corretto
può causare malfunzionamento
dell’impianto e può interferire con
le parti in movimento del motociclo.
Per il posizionamento del tubo
frizione (13) e delle fascette
stringitubo, rispettare quanto
riportato nella figura di fine sezione.
Orientare il tubo (13) come indicato
in figura, quindi serrare la vite
speciale (12) alla coppia di serraggio
prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Refitting the clutch
cylinder assembly
Fit the clutch master cylinder (5),
locating the pin on the cylinder body
in the hole (A) in the handlebar.
Tighten the retaining screws (6) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3) working in
a 1-2-1 sequence.
Position the pipe (13) and seals (11) to
the cylinder (5) and secure it with the
special screw (12) without tightening.
Warning
An incorrectly positioned hose
can cause clutch faults and interfere
with moving parts.
For the routing of the clutch hose (13)
and clamps, see the figure at the end
of this section.
Locate the hose (13) as shown in the
figure, then tighten down the special
screw (12) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
