Smontaggio puntalino e
saltarello fissa marce
Svitare la vite porta puntalino (5) ed
estrarre la guarnizione (6), la molla (7)
e la sfera (8) di scatto delle marce.
Svitare la vite (3) sul semicarter
frizione e rimuovere il saltarello (4),
la rosetta (2) e la molla (1).
Rimontaggio saltarello e
puntalino fissa marce
Inserire sulla vite di fissaggio (3) del
dispositivo fissa marce, il saltarello (4),
la rosetta (2) e la molla (1).
Installare il dispositivo sul semicarter
lato frizione, posizionando l'estremità
della molla (1) dietro l'apposita
nervatura del carter.
Bloccare la vite (3) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Dopo averli opportunamente
ingrassati, installare la sfera (8),
la molla (7) e la guarnizione (6)
nel puntalino (5) fissa marce.
Bloccare il puntalino alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Disassembly of gear
stopper and ratchet unit
Undo gear stopper holder screw (5)
and remove seal (6), spring (7) and
gear engagement ball (8).
Unscrew clutch-side casing screw (3)
and remove ratchet (4), washer (2)
and spring (1).
Reinstalling the gear
stopper and ratchet unit
Position ratchet (4), washer (2) and
spring (1) on gear stopper retaining
screw (3).
Fit the assembled unit on the clutch-
side casing, taking care to place the
spring end (1) behind the special
casing rib.
Tighten screw (3) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Thoroughly grease and then fit ball (8),
spring (7), and seal (6) into gear
stopper (5).
Tighten the gear stopper to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
