Sfilare i perni guida delle forcelle (30).
Spostare le forcelle (28) e (29) in
modo da disimpegnarle dalle cave del
tamburo selettore (34).
Estrarre il tamburo (16) comando
forcelle facendo attenzione ai
rasamenti (31) e (27) montati
sull'albero che non devono essere
invertiti.
Una volta rimosso è possibile
sostituire l’anello (32) ferma rullini e
i rullini speciali (33).
Rimuovere le forcelle (29) e (28) di
innesto marce.
Rimuovere l'albero primario (2) e
l'albero secondario (25) del cambio
completi di ingranaggi prestando
attenzione alle rondelle di rasamento
poste sulle loro estremità.
In caso siano rimasti montati, sfilare
dalle estremità dell’albero primario (2)
e secondario (25), gli anelli interni (A)
dei cuscinetti (Sez. N 9.2).

Aprire i semicarter N 9.2
Removing the gearbox
Pull out fork (30) guide pins.
Move forks (28) and (29) to disengage
them from selector drum (34).
Pull out fork drum (16) taking care not
to lose the shims (31) and (27) on the
shaft. Note that the positions of the
shims must not be inverted.
Now you can renew the needle roller
stop ring (32) and the special needle
rollers (33).
Remove gear selector forks (29)
and (28).
Remove gearbox primary (2) and
secondary (25) shafts complete
with gears. Do not damage or lose
the clearance washers on the ends.
Should the bearing inner rings (A) be
blocked on the shaft, slide them off
the ends of the gearbox primary (2)
and secondary (25) shafts
(Sect. N 9.2).
