Rimontaggio gruppo
cilindro / pistone
Se si utilizzano gruppi nuovi, è
necessario accoppiare cilindri e pistoni
della stessa selezione (vedi paragrafo
“Revisione componenti gruppo
cilindro / pistone” di questa sezione).
Note
I cilindri dei due gruppi termici
sono uguali: solo il montaggio della
cartella ne definisce il montaggio
sul gruppo verticale o orizzontale.
Accoppiare ogni cilindro alla
relativa cartella che ne definisce la
posizione di montaggio.
Posizionare la guarnizione OR (7) nella
sede di ogni cartella, ingrassandola
leggermente per mantenerla in sede
durante il montaggio.
Accoppiare la cartella al cilindro verticale
bloccando le tre viti (5) di fissaggio alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Accoppiare la cartella (9) al cilindro
orizzontale (10) bloccando le tre viti
di fissaggio (5) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Refitting the cylinder /
piston assembly
If you are using new cylinders
and pistons, match cylinders with
pistons from the same class (see
“Overhauling the cylinder/piston
components” in this section).
Notes
The cylinders of the two cylinder
units are identical; only the side cover
mounting distinguishes the vertical
from the horizontal cylinder.
Match each cylinder with its
respective side cover, which thus
determines its position.
Position the O-ring(7)in the side cover
seat, applying a thin smear of grease
to hold it in position during assembly.
Fit the side cover to the vertical
cylinder and tighten the three
screws (5) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Fit the side cover (9) to the horizontal
cylinder (10) and tighten the three
screws (5) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
