Manifold reassembly
Lubricate the O-rings (16) with the
recommended grease and install
them on the thermostat mount (6).
Install the thermostat-operated
valve (13) inside the manifold (2)
taking care to position it as in
the figure.
Apply a line of liquid sealant around
the manifold.
Important
Fit the manifold thermostat
mount (6) within five minutes after
application of the sealant.
Install the thermostat mount by
fitting the lugs (A) in their seats (B)
in the valve.
Push the mount fully home against
the force of the valve spring.
Notes
Do not let go of the mount
before the screws (7) are fully locked
down.
Start the screws (7) into their threads
and tighten them to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Ricomposizione
distributore
Lubrificare le guarnizioni OR (16)
con grasso prescritto ed installarli
nelle apposite sedi del supporto
termostato (6).
Installare la valvola termostatica (13)
all'interno del distributore (2) facendo
attenzione di orientare la valvola
come in figura.
Applicare un cordone di guarnizione
liquida sul distributore.
Importante
Montare il supporto
termostato (6) del distributore acqua
entro cinque minuti dall'applicazione
del sigillante.
Montare il supporto termostato
inserendo i dentini (A) nelle apposite
sedi (B) della valvola.
Portare perfettamente a battuta il
supporto vincendo l'effetto della
molla della valvola.
Note
Non rilasciare il supporto prima
di aver serrato le viti (7).
Impuntare le viti (7) e serrarle alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C3).
