Rimontaggio sistema di
scarico
Importante
Prima di procedere al
rimontaggio dei collettori (4) e (9)
verificare l’integrità delle guarnizioni (2)
ed eventualmente sostituirle.
Rimontare i collettori di scarico (4) e (9)
rispettivamente nella testa verticale
ed orizzontale.
Fare attenzione che siano presenti
le guarnizioni (2) e serrare i dadi (1)
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Ingrassare l’estremità del tubo
di scarico (21) ed inserirlo nel
collettore (4).
Fissarli tra loro con la molla (3).
Fissare il tubo di scarico (21) al telaio
montando nell’apposita asola il
gommino (5) con i distanziali (6) e
le rosette (19).
Impuntare la vite (7) ed il dado (18).
Serrare il dado alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Ingrassare opportumamente
l’estremità del tubo di scarico (20) ed
inserirlo nel collettore (9). Fissarli tra
loro con le molle (3).
Reassembling the
exhaust system
Important
Before refitting the manifolds (4)
and (9) check the condition of the
gaskets (2) and replace them if
necessary.
Refit the exhaust manifolds (4) and (9)
on the vertical and horizontal heads
respectively.
Ensure that the gaskets (2) are
mounted and tighten the nuts (1) to
their prescribed torque (Sect. C 3).
Grease the end of the exhaust
pipe (21) and fit it into the
manifold (4).
Secure them together with the
spring (3).
Secure the exhaust pipe (21) to the
frame by fitting the rubber block (5)
with spacers (6) and washer (19) into
the slot provided.
Start screw (7) and nut (18).
Tighten the nut to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Grease the end of the exhaust
pipe (20) and fit it into the
manifold (9). Secure them
together with the springs (3).
