coperchio frizione
Se è stata sostituita, installare la
boccola (10) all’interno della cava
nel coperchio frizione utilizzando un
tampone adatto o una pressa per
spingerla in battuta.
In caso di sostituzione dell'anello di
tenuta (11), rimontare il particolare
nuovo all'interno del coperchio frizione
disponendolo con il lato sprovvisto di
molla rivolto verso il seeger (13).
Verificare prima del montaggio che
gli spigoli della cava del seeger siano
esenti da bave che potrebbero
danneggiare l'anello di tenuta.
Inserire poi il rasamento (12) e il
seeger (13).
Importante
Affinché l'anello di tenuta (11)
lavori correttamente, deve risultare un
gioco di montaggio tale da permettere
la rotazione del seeger (13).
Se è stato rimosso, installare l'anello
di tenuta (6) nuovo sul coperchio
frizione, posizionato con il lato
provvisto di molla rivolto verso
l'interno (vedi figura), e lubrificare i
labbri di tenuta con olio motore.
Montare il tappo (3) e la guarnizione (7).
Montare il sensore (9) e la
guarnizione (8). Montare il tappo (16) e
la guarnizione (17).
Reassembly of the
clutch cover
If the bush has been renewed, drive
home the new bush (10) in the clutch
cover using a suitable drift and a press.
If the oil seal (11) needs to be replaced,
fit the new seal into the clutch cover,
positioning it so the side without a
spring is facing the circlip (13).
Before fitting, check that the edges
of the circlip groove show no sign
of burrs which might otherwise
damage the seal.
Then fit the shim (12) and the circlip (13).
Important
In order for the oil seal (11) to
function correctly, it must have an
assembly clearance which allows
the circlip (13) to rotate.
If it has been removed, install the
new oil seal (6) in the clutch cover,
with the spring side facing inwards
(see figure), and lubricate the seal
lips with engine oil.
Fit the plug (3) and gasket (7). Fit the
sensor (9) and gasket (8). Fit the
plug (16) and gasket (17).
