Smontaggio pignone
catena
Rimuovere il coperchio pignone (6)
svitando le viti (5).
Allentare la catena (Sez. D 4).
Eseguire lo smontaggio della catena
utilizzando l' apposito attrezzo
cod. 88713.1344.
L'attrezzo è composto da un
contenitore (A), da un punzone (B), da
un corpo (C) e da due chiavi (D) ed (E).
Sistemare la maglia della catena da
aprire all'interno del contenitore (A).
Inserire in punzone (B) nel corpo (C) e
svitare manualmente il bullone in
modo che il punzone non sporga.
Inserire il contenitore (A) che contiene
la catena nel corpo (C).
Girare manualmente il bullone (F) del
corpo (C) in modo che il punzone (B)
venga a contatto con il perno, fare
attenzione che questi siano in asse.
Inserire nella parte esagonale del
corpo (C) la chiave esagonale (D) e
nel bullone la chiave (E).
Girare in senso orario il bullone (F) per
ottenere l'espulsione del perno.
Rimuovere la catena.
Inserire una marcia bassa e svitare
il dado (1).
Rimuovere il dado (1) e la rosetta di
sicurezza (2).
Sfilare il pignone (3) motore
dall’albero secondario cambio.
Removing the front
sprocket
Unscrew the screws (5) and take off
the sprocket cover (6).
Slacken the chain (Sect. D 4).
Remove the chain with the special
tool part no. 88713.1344.
The tool is composed of a holder (A),
punch (B), body (C) and two
wrenches (D) and (E).
Fit the link to be broken into the
holder (A).
Fit a punch (B) into the body (C)
and manually unscrew the bolt until
the punch no longer protrudes.
Fit the holder (A) and link into the
body (C).
Manually screw down the bolt (F)
on body (C) so that the punch (B)
locates against the pin, taking care
that they are aligned with each other.
Fit hex wrench (D) into the hexagonal
part of the body (C) and wrench (E)
onto the bolt.
Turn the bolt (F) clockwise to push
out the pin.
Remove the chain.
Engage a low speed gear and undo
nut (1).
Remove nut (1) and safety washer (2).
Remove the engine sprocket (3) from
the gearbox secondary shaft.
