Smontaggio pompa olio
Note
Per una migliore chiarezza le
immagini rappresentano un motore
rimosso dal telaio.
Svitare e rimuovere le viti (9) e (10) di
fissaggio pompa completa.
Rimuovere la pompa olio e sfilare dal
semicarter le guarnizioni OR (6) e (4) e
le due boccole di centraggio (15).
Scomposizione pompa
olio
Fissare la pompa olio in morsa
senza danneggiare l'ingranaggio di
trasmissione della pompa.
Importante
Assicurarsi che sulle ganasce
della morsa siano presenti le apposite
protezioni.
Svitare le viti di fissaggio (3) quindi
rimuovere il coperchio (2) dal corpo
pompa (5).
Rimuovere il tappo (14) e sfilare la
molla (16) e la valvola by pass (17).
Verificare le loro condizioni.

Removing the oil pump
Notes
For clarity purposes, the figures
show the engine removed from the
frame.
Undo and remove screws (9) and (10)
securing the complete pump assembly.
Remove the oil pump and extract O-
rings (6) and (4) from the crankcase
together with two centring bushes (15).
Disassembly of the oil
pump
Hold the oil pump in a vice taking care
not to damage the drive gear.
Important
Make sure that vice jaws are
faced with soft material.
Undo the retaining screws (3) then
remove the cover (2) from the
pump body (5).
Remove the plug (14) and extract the
spring (16) and the by-pass valve (17).
Check the condition of the above
components.
