Rimontaggio coperchio
frizione
Pulire e sgrassare le superfici di
contatto sul coperchio e sul semicarter
e verificare che su quest'ultimo siano
installati la boccola di centraggio (1) e
la guarnizione OR (2) in corrispondenza
del condotto di passaggio olio.
Applicare un cordone uniforme e
continuo di guarnizione liquida DUCATI
sulla superficie di accoppiamento del
semicarter, contornando tutti i fori.
Lubrificare con olio motore l'anello di
tenuta (6) ed installare sull'ingranaggio
della primaria la bussola 88700.5665 per
evitare di danneggiare l'anello di tenuta
durante il montaggio del coperchio.
Montare il coperchio completo (14)
sul semicarter ed impuntare le viti di
fissaggio.
Bloccare tutte le viti (5), (15) e (19)
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3)
seguendo la numerazione indicata:

Refitting the clutch cover
Clean and degrease mating surfaces
on clutch cover and crankcase and
ensure that locating bush (1) and O-ring
(2), located in correspondence with the
oil way, are fitted in the crankcase.
Apply a uniform continuous bead of
DUCATI liquid gasket onto crankcase
mating surfaces, working around all
the holes.
Lubricate the oil seal (6) with engine oil
and fit bush part no. 88700.5665 on to
the primary drive gear so as not to
damage the seal while fitting the cover.
Fit the cover assembly (14) to the
crankcase and insert the retaining
screws.
Tighten the screws (5), (15) and (19)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3)
following the numbered sequence:
