Smontaggio perni
tenditori
Utilizzando l’attrezzo cod. 88713.1821,
rimuovere il perno tenditore fisso (13)
ed il perno tenditore mobile (12) dalle
teste.
Importante
Durante il rimontaggio fare
attenzione a non invertire la
posizione dei perni (12) e (13).
Scomposizione puleggie
alberi distribuzione
Allentare e rimuovere le viti (22).
Sfilare la rosetta (23).
Sfilare la puleggia (25) dalla flangia
distanziale (24).
Removal of the tensioner
shafts
Using tool part no. 88713.1821,
remove the fixed tensioner shaft (13)
and adjustable tensioner shaft (12)
from the cylinder heads.
Important
On reassembly, make sure not
to invert the positions of shafts (12)
and (13).
Disassembly of the
timing belt pulleys
Undo and remove screws (22).
Slide off the washer (23).
Extract the timing belt pulley (25)
from the spacer flange (24).
