Rimontaggio ruota
anteriore
Dopo aver eseguito tutte le verifiche
necessarie sulla ruota procedere al
rimontaggio nel modo seguente.
Introdurre negli anelli di tenuta sui lati
del mozzo ruota i distanziali (3) e (9)
ben lubrificati.
Montare la ruota completa tra i
gambali della forcella.
Lubrificare fusto e filetto del perno
ruota (10).
Montare l'attrezzo cod. 8000.70139
sul perno ruota (10).
Portare in battuta il perno (10) sul
mozzo ruota, inserendo il perno di
posizionamento dell'attrezzo nelle
apposite nicchie del piede forcella.
Inserire la rosetta (2) sull’estremità
del perno ruota.
Ingrassare filetto e sottotesta del
dado di bloccaggio (1), quindi
avvitarlo.
Bloccare il dado (1) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Applicare grasso prescritto alle viti (A)
e rimontare le pinze freno anteriori
impuntando e serrando le viti (A) alla
coppia di serraggio indicata (Sez. C 3).
Controllare che i dischi scorrano
liberamente all'interno delle pinze.
Prima di serrare le viti (8) mettere a
terra la moto e spingere sui
semimanubri per caricare la
sospensione; in questo modo si
otterrà l'assestamento dei gambali
sul perno ruota.
Lubrificare le viti (8).
Bloccare le viti (8) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3) procedendo con
sequenza 1-2-1.
Refitting the front wheel
When all the necessary inspections
have been completed, refit the wheel
as follows.
Lubricate and insert the spacers (3)
and (9) into the seal rings on the sides
of the wheel hub.
Install the complete wheel between
the fork legs.
Grease the wheel shaft (10) shank
and thread.
Fit tool part no. 8000.70139 to the
wheel shaft (10).
Insert the shaft (10) fully home into
the wheel hub by fitting the locator
peg of the service tool in the special
notches at the bottom end of the fork.
Fit the washer (2) to the end of the
wheel shaft.
Grease the thread and the underside
of the head of the shaft lock nut (1),
then screw it on.
Tighten nut (1) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Apply the recommended grease to
the screws (A) and refit the front
brake callipers, tightening the screws
(A) to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Check that the brake discs run
smoothly inside the callipers.
Before tightening pinch bolts (8),
lower the bike to the ground and
press up and down on the handlebars
to load the suspension so the fork
legs will become properly seated
onto the wheel shaft.
Lubricate the screws (8).
Tighten pinch bolts (8) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3). Follow a 1-2-1
sequence.
