Ricomposizione
cavalletto laterale
Infilare la stampella laterale (5),
opportunamente ingrassata, nella
piastra (10) e fissarla con il perno (2)
interponendo la boccola (4).
Serrare il perno alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Posizionare le molle (7) e (8) di ritorno
cavalletto, fissandole sul perno della
piastra (10) e sulla stampella (5).
Posizionare l’interruttore (3) sulla
piastra, in appoggio sul perno (B).
Montare la vite (1) di fissaggio e
bloccarla alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Rimontaggio cavalletto
laterale
Posizionare la piastra (10) sostegno
cavalletto sul telaio e montare le due
viti (9) applicando frenafiletti
prescritto.
Serrare le viti (9) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Collegare il connettore (A)
dell’interruttore cavalletto laterale
al cablaggio principale del veicolo.
Rimontare la carena sinistra (Sez. E 2).
Reassembling the side
stand
Grease the stand leg (5) and fit it to
the plate (10). Secure it with pivot (2)
and bushing (4).
Tighten the pivot to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Position the stand return springs (7)
and (8), and fix them to the pivot on
plate (10) and the stand leg (5).
Position switch (3) against pivot (B) on
the plate.
Fit retaining screw (1) and tighten to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Refitting the side stand
Position stand plate (10) on frame,
apply recommended threadlocker
on the two screws (9).
Tighten screws (9) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Connect the side stand switch
connector (A) to the main wiring
harness.
Refit the LH side fairing (Sect. E 2).
